Apremont the Film is a prequel to the Novel: Apremont: Coming of Age. The working title for the film is Apremont: The beginnings. It takes place in 1984 in the fictional New England town of Apremont. It revolves around the Apremont Drop in and Help center and the lives of its Counselors, visitors and inhabitants.

Join Miss Celeste and Miss Rachel and their staff as they join together in a fight for their very lives.

The film contains citizens of Apremont that will go on to the Novel and future works.

This work as well as all of the Apremont series contains stories of GLBT characters. It is no way intended to reflect the entire community.

 Any resemblance to real life whether it be Person, Place or Thing is purely coincidental.

FILM CHARACTERS AS OF 8/01/2008

 Celeste Martin: Head Counselor at the drop in/help center. She has a lot of stress in her job which she takes home. She has trouble sleeping, when she does not take meds she has nightmares. These nightmares may lead to something wicked coming their way.

 When mysterious murders start happenning Celeste and crew investigate and attempt to save the day. In the meetime she meets the man of her dreams.

Doctor Frank Parker: Doctor from Apremont Hospital. Works at Center in his spare time.

Detective Mike Morganstern: Young Police Detective investigating the murders. Good friends with Frank and other staff at Center.

John Bennett: Police Detective, new partner to Morganstern. Becomes love interest of Celeste.

Miss Alexis: Councilor @ Center. She has been there as long as Celeste and is her equal. She is a Drag Queen, but it is not mentioned. Discovers information about the killer and is attacked. She and Celeste are the primary people that solve the case. Has ties with the World Security Agency.

Ethel Crumholtz: Purple haired old lady, chain smoker. Runs the food department at the Center.

Shooting has begun on Apremont: The Beginnings. Locations for the project are in Springfield, Chicopee, South Hadley, Holyoke and Montague.

 We are still in need of a few characters and props. And help you can give will greatly be appreciated.
