Wedding Package

Our Wedding Package includes the following if applicable. If there is something That you would like shot that is not on this list, please discuss at our initial meeting.

-Video of Bride’s Photo’s prior to Wedding.

-Wedding Ceremony

(Keep in mind that when camera needs to be moved some footage will be lost. Also in Churches, we are not allowed on the Altar)

-Majority of Bridal party greeting their guests

(Keep in mind Video Team will need to leave each part of the event early in attempts to arrive at the next before the Bridal Party).

-Video of photo’s being taken

-Reception to include but not limited too:

-Bridal Party entering and being announced

-First Dance

- Toasts

-Games and special dances (Re: Chicken Dance)

-Gartar & Bouquet

-Cutting of the Cake

-Majority of Dancing (Might not include entire song, especially when editing)

-Video team will be done shortly after all the events within the reception are

completed.

-We will also attempt to get Wedding Guests to go on camera and share their

wishes for the Bride & Groom.

Additional Information:

• This will be a one camera shoot. We can discuss other options at first meeting.
• Package can be paid in full at time of booking with 1/3 as a non-refundable deposit. Or if need be the total price can be split into 3 parts. 1/3 non-refundable deposit at time of booking. 1/3 at event or before. 1/3 when final project is delivered. Cash is excepted or Checks made to Robert Ryan. If any of the checks can not be cached then we may cancel the event on our side or hold on to the completed project until payment is received.
• We do not record people while they are sitting down eating their meals.
• All Sales Final.
• We are not responsible for unliked shots.
• No Refunds are available for any packages/shoots or business done through Apremont Productions.

Precious Moments

Video Package

For an additional $100.00 (Springfield Area) we will shoot a Precious Moments Video for you. This would include the following but not limited too:

-Shots of Photo’s of Bride & Groom. These photos would be of them together, before they met, and as children. Or what you would prefer.

-Then a live session with the couple, their friends and family as well as the bridal party. Talking about how they met and how they proposed. Also funny stories about them together. And thoughts of the upcoming nuptials.

• We can discuss options for this video if the package is ordered
• This will be no longer then a ½ hour video
• The above additional information is valid for this and all other packages & shoots

• No Refunds are available for any packages/shoots or business done through Apremont Productions.
• All events need to be booked by a specific date to be discussed at initial meeting. This is so we can reserve your special date.
